College Section Documents required at the time of Admission

• Duly filled specified College Admission Form
• Ten photos (1.50" X1.25") with light blue background in plain white shirt without wearing any coat, jacket, sweater, etc
• Four copies of the DMC of SSC (9th and 10th both) (unattested)
• Two copies of character certificate (unattested)
• Two copies of CNIC of each guardian
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper of worth Rs. 50/- or more duly attested by Notary Public regarding school/college general rules/ regulations and on special requirements advised at the time of admission.
• Migration certificate in original and verified copy of SSC (10th) DMC from concerned Board (only for students other than Abbottabad Board)
• Fee Schedule duly signed by both guardians
• Handwritten application for requesting admission by the student and signed by the guardian(s).
• Admission recommendation letter issued at the time of interview.
• Candidates waiting for SSC result are required to submit the DMC of class 9th and the pending documents soon after the SSC result.
