SCHOOL SECTION PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION & CRITERIA

Out of intellectual and moral growth comes the kind of self-confidence, self-reliance and sense of responsibility that enables a young person to become a good citizen. To produce good citizens, the management has decided to take students in the initial classes only Admissions are granted on merit and determined on the basis of a competitive entry test and interview.

The candidates are tested in Elementary English, Urdu, General Science, General Knowledge and Simple Arithmetic along with an intelligence test. Interview is not only for confirmation of written performance and confidence of the candidate but also to check the parents' interest and cooperation and to brief them about needs and regulations regarding school rules and requirements. Even if student clears the test and interview, seat will not be reserved, after clearance of test and interview. Admission will be given only on first come first get basis, so after Interview successful candidates must immediately complete admission process for the concerned class. This procedure of test and interview is adopted to maintain standard and quality.

PRESCHOOL TO CLASS EIGHT

Admissions are offered primarily in Preschool and in other classes, admissions are subject to availability of seats. Admissions open in preschool every year. For preschool, selection of children is made after informal interview of parents and assessment of child's intellectual development, behaviour and speech pattern.

PREP ONWARDS

Subject to availability of seats, primarily to replace dropouts or withdrawal cases an entrance test will be held before all such admissions. In exceptional cases students may be admitted during the session, subject to his performance in the written test and interview.

Admission is granted strictly on merit basis. However, the school/college reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone without assigning any reason

The result of entry test for all classes is strictly confidential and cannot be challenged under any circumstances. yout for the entrance test for the concerned class will be furnished at the time of issuance of prospectus or admission form but it is only a format to give an idea,

PRE ADMISSION IMPORTANT NOTE

Before admission parents must keep in mind following points

  • The behaviour of parents/ guardians with school/college staff and administration is given utmost Importance in the regard of admission and promotion.
  • Parents are requested to fully acquaint themselves with the criteria and procedure of admission and rules regulation stated in the prospectus. Parents after admitting their child/children have agreed to abide all the rules stated in the prospectus and no appeal should be considered against it.
  • school reserves the right to reject or accept registration without assigning any reason
  • The Pick and drop timing should be followed strictly, no early or late arrival or departure will be considered.
  • It is noted that due to problems of signals or non availability of connection we cannot get to parents some times on cell numbers. 50 give contact numbers in abundance along with the names and relation of receiver, so in case of emergency parents can be approached. Do provide landline number as well. Details can be given on separate page along with the admission form.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS & CONTACT NUMBERS

In case of change of address, telephone, cell numbers or email; parents/guardians must promptly inform the administration for updating the record. So in case of emergency and need, parent/guardian must be contacted in Time

PERMISSION FOR LOCAL/FIELD TRIPS

School students participate in activities organized by school within 30 mile radius of the school building. This will include visits on foot and school arranged transport during school timings to different areas or institutes. Parents who are not in favor of these visits may please submit an application along 'Admission Form'. As mostly these trips are planned on short notice, so for these study trips we cannot ask students to bring permission letters.

PERMISSION FOR PUBLICATION OF STUDENT'S PHOTOS OR VIDEOS

The school may publish photographs of your child or samples of work done or activities by your child in variety of ways. The publications could include, but not limited to school newsletters, on the school website, local newspapers, college magazine, billboard and prospectus, if published, third parties would be able to view the photographs, videos and work. If parents are not in favour of this, they may submit their disapproval in written along Admission Form' and clearly instruct their child to get aside at the time of photo-session.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH ADMISSION FORM

The following documents must be attached with the Admission Form

  • Father's CNIC 02 copies
  • Mother's CNIC 02 copies
  • Guardian(s) CNIC 02 copies (if other than mother and father)
  • 08 recent photographs (1.50"x1.25") of student with light blue background on the back of photos clearly write name, class and father's name put in a self stick transparent plastic envelop and attach the envelope with 'Admission Form
  • Birth Certificate from Union Council (computerized) NADRA (English +Urdu compulsory for every new entry)... 02 copies
  • Form-B (Nadra) …. 01 copy
  • School Leaving Certificate (SLC) in original: Class One onwards
  • Countersigned SLC from concerned EDO (only those candidates who came from other districts)
  • Result card of previous class ….. 01 copy
  • Affidavit on judicial stamp paper of worth Rs. 50/- or more duly attested by Notary Public regarding school/college general rules/ regulations and on special requirements advised at the time of admission.
