LEAVE & ABSENTEE PROCEDURE

in case of genuine and necessary reason student's guardian/parent should send an application for leave along with a photocopy of guardians CNIC same as attached and mentioned in the admission form with the signature of the same guardian. Application must only be submitted in the reception office before the start of first lesson where it will be verified, then will be sent to the respective class if verification thrives. Please note that,

Leave for more than 3 days need medical certificate along with proper written application cleanly stating the days of leave
Without approved application if student remains absent for 2 days he/she will be fired Rs. 100 per absentee,
In case of being absent for 3 days in a month, (consecutive or in intervals) will lead to temporary expulsion and students will be readmitted only after fulfilling readmission procedure
An application should indicate the cause and duration of absence.
Students absenting themselves on days immediately after/before holidays will be heavily fined, which may be Rs. 100/- to Rs. 500/-per day Other important days She days of class tests, result, function etc may also be included in this category
No short leave will be entertained in any case.
Telephonic messages for leave are not considered, only written application is acceptable.
in all case, level taken will be at students' own risk as far as percentage of attendance is concerned. Even Medical Certificate will not condone a deficiency in attendance required by the institution and BISE.
Sick leave even if sanctioned on Medical certificate leading to absence in an examination will mean failures in that examination.

PROCEDURE OF VERIFICATION

Verification means to see and check the attendance record of the student concerned and to verify the authenticity of the guardian signatures: Only applications of students having good attendance record are accepted on the discretion of class teacher.

MIGRATION CASES Migration in subsequent year/semester is only allowed on submission of tulbon fee for the preceding period which is calculated from the date of commencement of classes of current year/semester.

UMRAH/VISIT

In case of leave of absence for performing Umrah or any long visit abroad or in the country during the session, it is not possible to sanction application in any case. So parents/guardians are requested to plan such activity during holidays. If student leaves for Umrah or any other trip visit during academic session he/she will be expelled.

EXPULSIONS

Any student violating the rules or showing unsuitable behaviour can be expelled from the institute. The decision of principal is final and he is authorized to struck off any student in the best interest of the institute or other students without any prior written notice and without assigning any reason, as an administrative matter it is not necessary to justify and no pressurizing tactics would be tolerated in this regard. A student who falls school/college internal examination and expelled from the school/college will not be readmitted in any case, however, he/she will have to pay all the dues of the school for the full session. Father/ Guardian should carefully note this point before admission and signing the undertaking.

TEMPORARY EXPULSIONS

A student may be expelled if,
 Three absentees or more in a month (consecutive or in intervals).
 Ally behavioural issue.
 Disobedience, non compliance to school rules or decorum.

The decision of temporary expulsion can be taken by the school administration in the best interest of the students and no justification is required at all in case of behavioural issues.

READMISSION FEE STRUCTURE

Within eight days from the date of issuance of expulsion orders Rs. 500/-
Within fifteen days from the date of issuance of expulsion orders Rs. 1000/-
Within twenty one days from the date of issuance of expulsion orders Rs. 2000/-
After passing twenty-two days, the case will be forwarded to the Institutions’ Board of Management and its decision will be considered as final.

Note: Any action of the Principal or Board of Management cannot be challenged in any court of law.

PERMANENT EXPULSION

In such type of expulsion a written notice of expulsion is issued to the student concerned or may be posted through registered post. Dispatch record will be considered as valid evidence of such notice. Such type of expulsion is carried out after careful analysis of the student's academic record and the matter under consideration. The student may be expelled on permanent basis if,

He/She remains unable to submit the pending documents/requirement, which were not submitted at the time of admission due to any reason, the expiry of given date/time.
The document submitted with admission form or later are found fake try any mean.
If the conduct and behaviour of students or his/her guardian is aggressive, rude, quarrelsome or insulting towards administration, staff member, faculty or any other concerns of this institute, however the grievance of students guardians will be listened and settled if conveyed to administration in a suitable and proper way.
If a student is temporarily expelled three times in a single academic session, third expulsion may lead him to permanent expulsion.
Any student who do not appear in any term exam in more than two papers will be expelled on permanent basis and shall not be allowed to sit in annual board exams from this institute.
It is very important for all students to be present in class according to the school/college routine. Especially before board exams students send medical certificates or any other requirement for leave and remain at home for self-preparation. Such leaves are not entertained in any case and names of such students will be permanently expelled from the school/college and will not be allowed to sit in board exams.
BEHAVIOUR OF PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Uncivilized behaviour or use of abusive language or non-cooperation of parents / guardians with faculty and principal of the school /college is not acceptable & will be dealt with firm hand Cancellation of admissions in these circumstances needs no prior warming or written notification.

GENERAL RULES:

The principal has the full authority to fine, punish or ask any student to leave the college/ school if his presence is not in accordance to the decorum of the institution. Students are expected not to indulge in the following activities.

Habitual idleness.
Use of abusive language.
Lack of attention towards studies.
Disorderly of unseeminglybehaviour and/or any immoral activity.
Disobedience to staff members, proctors and senior students.
Violation of undertaking
Any involvement in politics, agitation, inter group fight and rude behavior.
Willful damage to college property or other belongings.
Use of unfair means during examinations and class tests.
Possession of firearms, sharp edged weapons or any object that could harm others.
Misleading guardians/parents about college activities or other matters.
Interference in college educational process like strike or grouping for suspension of classes etc.
Students are not allowed to borrow/lend anything from/to one another.Student/guardians are required to follow the below given instructions, strictly.
Any damage to school/college property shall have to be paid for with penalty.
Parent/Guardian must bring their identity cards with them while visiting the school /college.
Students suffering from contagious or infectious disease are not permitted to attend the school/college.
The students are not allowed to keep valuables, like cameras, valuable watches, pens, calculators and mobiles etc. If the student is found in possession of any such article, it will be-confiscated.
xviii. While all possible safety measures are taken, the institute will not be responsible for any harm, which may come to student while at the school/college or out on picnic/tour etc.
All possible measures are taken to ensure that student does not leave the premises without permission, however if (God forbid) a student manages to slip out, the institute will not be responsible for any mishap/harm that may occur to him
In case of withdrawal, the parents have to submit a written application at least a month in advance and need to clear full session dues.
No outsider or friend is permitted to visit the college and meet the student
Telephone calls are not allowed for the students in any case
No student is allowed to paste or distribute any poster, notice or pamphlet in the school/college premises.
School/College administration has the right to revise any class schedule or re-arrange the classes when deem necessary.
School/College authorities reserve the right to make, amend or introduce any rules as and when desired.
Mobile Phones and cameras are strictly prohibited in the institution, even in the functions.A student indulged in any of the above mentioned activity will be warned once before expulsion. Flagrant defiance of rules in the classes or elsewhere may lead to immediate expulsion from the institute.

ATTENDANCE RULES

Roll calls maintained in first lesson
For sitting in the annual exam, it must for students to maintain 90% attendance

PROPER UNIFORM

Make sure that uniform should be in accordance to the detail in the prospectus.
Specially the gray color socks and make of shoes and presence of school tie and belt is important and should be followed strictly.
Cleanliness of uniform is strictly checked. Daily washed uniform is must.
Please replace discoloured, tom and shrunk uniform immediately and positively
No high neck or pullover of different colours other than navy blue is allowed.
Personality and outlook speaks of person's background, family and ethics, so give it a serious consideration.

DAILY ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF STUDENTS

It has been observed with great concern over the years that some parents/guardians exhibit irresponsible attitude towards the pick and drop of their children/wards at the school. Parents/ Drivers use to drop their children too early in the morning even before the opening of the gates and pick them very late, almost one to two hours after the closing of school. After school hours the administrative staff leaves for their homes and controlling and keeping the students at school premises is not possible: similar is the came in the morning where children arrive at the school se early before opening of the school and arrival of the administrative staff.
So all parents are requested, not to send your children/wards before 07:30 am. in the morning and do not leave them waiting to be picked late after school dismissal time. Also make sure that a responsible person should be present for picking them at school / college dismissal time. We will not allow any student to stay in the school in any case after 30 minutes of the dis Please be informed that school administration will not be held responsible for any mishap or any other accident due to early arrival or late departure of your child/ward, it is further advised to guide/educate your children/wards not to leave school premises till the arrival of their guardian/parent/driver. They shall strictly be refrained not to leave the school with any stranger or alone and the repercussions of going alone or with unknown person may please be elaborated to them Also in case of preschool students, parents/guardians must check that students got all their belongings, school bags, lunch box, water bottle, school diary, books and copies needed for homework etc.

HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS

Please check nails and hair of students every Sunday.
Students without tie or belt will be fined (exemption of tie is given during the months of July and August due to hot and humid weather).
Make them take bath everyday in summer and after one day in winter.
Don't oil their hair except before bath.
If their haircut is found improper during checking, they will be sent to the barber shop at school/college and charges will be included in the fee.
Students must attend school/college daily in full uniform.
Daily check hooks and zip of trousers and buttons of shirts and mend them if needed.

SUBMISSION OF FEE

In view of constant inflationary pressures, the fees are subject to review from time to time. So the school/college reserves right to review and increase tuition fee, admission fee or any other charges. However we try to limit it once a year and not more than 10%.

Fee should be submitted before due date
Submitted fee, fine or any miscellaneous charges are not refundable.
The fee does not include tours, backup power supply by generator, photography, heating and cooling, entertainment, magazine fund, stationery, board exam and registration charges etc.
