PRIMARY YEARS: SKILL BASED LEARNING
Grade: 1 to 5
At Jinnah Basic Schools & Colleges, Mansehra, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning through our skill-based approach to education in the primary years (Grade 1 to 5). This stage is critical in shaping a child’s academic, social, and emotional development, and we strive to provide an environment that fosters growth in all areas.
Our curriculum focuses on building core competencies in literacy, numeracy, and communication while encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. Students actively engage in hands-on activities, group projects, and real-world applications to ensure they develop practical knowledge alongside theoretical understanding.
Character development is a cornerstone of our program, with a strong emphasis on instilling values such as honesty, respect, empathy, and responsibility. Through storytelling, interactive discussions, and classroom activities, we guide students in becoming morally grounded individuals.
In addition to academics, we offer diverse extracurricular activities, including art, music, sports, and clubs, to help students explore their interests and talents. Our modern teaching techniques, including the use of digital tools and resources, make learning engaging and dynamic.
With a student-centered approach, we provide a safe and inclusive environment that nurtures confidence and curiosity, ensuring students are prepared for the challenges of higher education and life beyond school.
